Viza video cameras are designed to accentuate ergonomics, utility and accuracy. This series offers a wide range of radiation resistances (from 1.5 kGy to 1 MGy of accumulated dose). The user can choose the adequate model fitting the precise application, avoiding the high cost of oversized devices. Viza cameras fulfill most of the camera requirements in nuclear operations. They feature a simplified setting (the arm of a robot or a fixed wall) and an ease of control in the cold zone, while providing a quality color image. Models with a diameter less than 54 mm and a length less than 86 mm are ideal for use in confined spaces for inspection. Optionally submersible down to 130 feet, Viza cameras can operate smoothly in the air or in water, depending on the chosen model. Viza series cameras benefit from our expertise in hardening technologies achieved through years of research and industrial experience of Ermes and CEA. In contrast with standard hardened cameras, Viza cameras include resistant, sensitive electronics. These attributes enhance their performance, while reducing their cost.
