Precision patient marking, planning and positioning are the key parameters for a successful treatment. Patient marking takes place during CT simulation (virtual simulation). This procedure is required for replication of treatment positioning on the LINAC. The Dorado-1 laser system consists of one ceiling rail with a fixed and a movable laser module and two Astor crosshair laser for projecting red lines to mark the patient in all three body planes.
