GSP-1 1x1 Sodium Iodide Scintillation probe for gamma radiation by W.B. Johnson

GSP-1 NaI Scintillation Probe

The GSP-1 Scintillation probe is useful for moderate energy gamma survey at the microR level. Energy response ranges from 50 keV to 2 MeV. The GSP-1 will function well with most survey meters, ratemeters, single channel analyzers, and multi-channel analyzers. This scintillation detector is commonly used with the GSM-500 Auto-ranging Survey Meter, the basic GSM-115 Survey Meter, and the RML-200 Ratemeter. This Sodium Iodide probe features rugged aluminum housing with magnetic shielding. The BNC connector allows for easy field replacement.
